To respond to your booking request, give you quotes, carry out and record work on your vehicle, and contact you about your booking. With your consent, we may also send you service or rego reminders.

How it is sent and stored

This page doesn't store your details on a server. When you submit, your request goes to us through the messaging app you choose (WhatsApp or SMS), and that provider's own privacy terms also apply. We keep booking records securely and only for as long as we need them for business and legal purposes.

Disclosure

We don't sell your information. We only share it where needed to do the job (for example, with parts suppliers) or where the law requires it. We don't send it overseas, apart from what the messaging provider you choose may do.

Access, correction & complaints
